Under the direction of Jared Elliott, President, the entire BESTOLIFE™ Team volunteered to work a shift at the North Texas Food Bank on Friday, February 10th, 2017. The results? 19,142 meals and a ton of fun! “I am very proud of the effort of our team to produce so many meals for such a worthy cause”, said Elliott. “Our group had a great time working alongside other volunteers to sort and pack the food into boxes for distribution into the local area”
The North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) is a top-ranked nonprofit relief organization, providing access to more than 190,000 meals each day for hungry children, seniors and families through a network of more than 1,000 programs and 200 Partner Agencies in a 13-county Texas service area. In fiscal year 2016, NTFB provided access to approximately 70 million meals.
